Refund policy

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Return window: 30 days from delivery.

Eligibility: All Items may be returned even if they are open. A 5% restocking fee applies to all refunded items. A 3% cancelation fee applies to all canceled orders that haven't shipped. We will not refund orders on missed deliveries or orders that are returned to us for safety reasons.

How to start a return:
Email sweet@zaydalhoney.com for an RMA and prepaid label. Send all returns to:

Items sent back without an approved RMA will not be accepted.


Bundle & Kit Returns (Partial Refunds)

You can return all or part of a bundle if the returned items meet our eligibility standards.

  • Full bundle return (all items eligible): Refund = bundle price paid – 5% restocking fee.

  • Partial bundle return: We’ll prorate your refund based on each returned item’s stand-alone price at the time of purchase (not the full bundle value), then deduct the 5% restocking fee on the refunded portion only.

Example:
You bought a 3-item bundle for $60. Stand-alone prices were $25 + $25 + $20.
You return one unopened $25 item. Refund = $25 – 5% ($1.25) = $23.75.

Non-eligible items in a bundle (opened/used, damaged, past 30 days) won’t receive a refund. If none of the items in the bundle are eligible, the bundle is non-refundable.


Damages, Issues, or Wrong Item

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Food & edible products (e.g., honey) are returnable only if factory-sealed, unopened, unexpired, and stored properly. Opened or used consumables are not returnable.

  • Custom/personalized items, gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases are non-returnable.

  • Sale/clearance items are final sale unless defective.


Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the item (if eligible) and place a new order. We’ll process your refund once the return is received and approved.


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off

If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned unopened/unused, in original packaging with proof of purchase.


Refund Timing

We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Your bank or card issuer may take additional time.)

Shipping & Fees (clarity)

  • We provide a return label with approved RMAs.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.

  • Restocking fee: 5% applies to the refunded amount (including partial bundle refunds).

Health & safety note: For quality control, we cannot accept returns of consumables that have been opened, unsealed, or show signs of tampering.
