Due to high demand, orders may take up to 1 week to be received. Once your order has been shipped, we will not re-route it under any circumstances. If you purchase the express shipping option, keep in mind delays may still occur, and that our warehouse is located in California, United States. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipper or natural events such as inclement weather that may delay the order from arriving on time. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are only estimates. If items arrive damaged or broken, please carefully take pictures for our documentations. If you choose not to purchase the shipping insurance, we cannot refund or replace your order for any reason. The free shipping offer is only active inside the USA. We offer worldwide shipping; free shipping is not valid on international orders. We will not refund missed deliveries or orders that are returned to us for safety reasons. Please note, we may be subject to various rules, restrictions or laws in relations to international shipping and deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
